David White works in the overlapping space between education, academia and technology. He currently co-manages Technology-Assisted Lifelong Learning (TALL), an award winning online-learning research and development group at the University of Oxford. He researches how students and staff engage with the web for their learning and the ways in which they develop their identities online. David has led national studies on Online Learning and ‘The Digital Student’. He is currently Co-PI on the international Digital Visitors and Residents project.
